FOUNDATION GOLF

Calling all golfers (or golfer wannabes) to the World-Famous U.S. JCI Senate Foundation Golf Tournament which will be played on Tuesday, June 28, 2022, at the Quail Chase Golf Course (7000 Cooper Chapel Rd, Louisville, KY 40229)!!! 

We will be teeing off, shotgun start, at 8AM sharp!  Yes, we know this is a bit early BUT we can finish playing before it is too hot, hit a distillery or two and still be back to the hotel in plenty of time for dinner and to enjoy the rest the Foundation has to offer that evening!  We will be playing a scramble format and plan to have closest to the pin as well as long drive prizes in addition to prizes for the top teams.  If you were at last year’s tournament, you know that Bill Patterson does an outstanding job collecting prizes and rumor has it that he has absolutely outdone himself with the bounty for this year’s event so you do not want to miss it!  If you don’t play golf (or even if you do), we have sponsorship opportunities available, and Karen Voshel has once again volunteered to head that up for us! If you have questions about the sponsorship program, please contact Karen at 270-305-2348/kykopp@apex.net! Now, to register, you can find the link to the form below.

Just complete the form (you can print, fill it in and mail OR it is a fillable PDF that you can fill out, save to your computer and then email…both will work) and send in your payment to the address on the form.  You will be sent an email confirming your entry so please make sure you include both your email address and your phone number.
